Azur Moon is central for Kosta Boda Art Glass Monthly Story in July, and is a cast, cut and polished object – like a moment frozen in time. Space has always been a natural workplace for Bertil Vallien: the tiny human and the great, big world continuously sparking our curiosity.

Azur Moon is part of the Azur series, in the Kosta Boda Artist Collection, that was first launched in 2018 and is an excellent example of the skills of the craftsmen at Kosta Glassworks.

The 2024 series is in petroleum blue – a color that Bertil used for several unique works that he created for his 60-year anniversary with Kosta Boda in 2023.
