Southern Sweden's Kingdom of Crystal has a proud tradition of pushing the craft forward. An example is the technique called glass centrifugation, which was invented here in the 1950s. In the series Contrast, this technique comes into its own, where the coloring's path through the glass - using color powder and sticks - creates billowing veils, giving each object a unique pattern.

Contrast from Kosta Boda was launched in 2005 and consists of bowls, dishes and vases in several sizes and colors.
